At the beginning of 2015, Skydive Dubai athlete William "Billy" Sharman and PD factory team members Julien Guiho and Pablo Hernandez along with Christian Wagner teamed up to push the limits of canopy flying through two stunts with the support of Skydive Dubai.

The first one was to try freefly XRW where a free flyer could carve with a canopy pilot flying a really small parachute with a very heavy wing load. This took place at Skydive Dubai Desert Campus.

The second project was to try a new freestyle move called the barrel roll. Julien Guiho from the PD Factory team wanted to transfer this speedflying /paragliding manoeuvre to the skydiving world with skydiving equipment. Those tryouts were performed over the water for obvious reasons at Skydive Dubai Palm Drop Zone.

After 8 months of hard work, our intention with this video is to show the raw footage to the public with all the mistakes, imperfections, hard landings and wipeouts, in other words, the REAL DEAL …not just the best shots.
